Cucumber And Cream Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| 1 1/2 cups diced cooked meat, chicken, beef, pork or lamb | ||
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onions | 1 Bunch (100gm), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, diced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/2 cup garlic-flavored French dressing | ||
| Buttermilk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine the first seven ingredients and chill 30 minutes.
Stir in buttermilk and sour cream.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic.
You may like a little vinegar or lemon juice or a dash of sugar.
Serve very cold garnished with chopped hard-cooked egg, sliced olives, capers or anchovies.
