3 to 4 tablespoons flour
 
Salt to taste
 
Pepper to taste
 
1 pound lean cubed steaks
 
1 tablespoon oil
 
1 can stewed
 
Tomatoes, cut up

Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag; use to lightly coat cubed steaks.
Brown steaks in oil on medium low heat.
Pour tomatoes over steaks; simmer, covered, 1 1/4 hours.
