Cubed Pork N Beans Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. lean fresh pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup molasses
1 can (31 oz.) pork and beans
Directions
1. Place meat and onion in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 15 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
