Cubed Beef Recipe
Ingredients
| Stewing beef | 3 Pound, cubed | |
| 3 medium-size onions, peeled and chopped | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Combine all the ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a heavy casserole or ovenproof dish and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with Raw Spinach Salad and warmed pita bread.
