Ingredients
6 cube steaks
Worcestershire sauce
6 large onion slices
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Place cube steaks in a 12x8x2 inch glass baking dish.
Brush worcestershire sauce over meat and top each piece with an onion slice.
Pour soup over meat.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on DEFROST for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes [SIMMER-4, 45 to 60 minutes] on until meat is cooked.
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Drain liquid into a 2-cup glass measuring cup.
Stir in sour cream.
Microwave 1 minute [ROASTS, 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds] Stir once during cooking.
