1 gallon water
1 1/2 cups black beans, soaked in 2 quarts water overnight and drained
1 pound bacon, chopped

2 yellow onions, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Handful of chopped parsley
Handful of chopped celery
