Cuban Black Bean Dip Recipe
Cuban Black Bean Dip is an awesome dip alternative for parties. You can serve this Cuban Black Bean Dip with anything you fancy from tortillas to corn chips. It is easy to make!
Ingredients
1 1-oz pkg (330 g) Black Beans, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1/3 cup (80 ml) tomato, chopped
1/3 cup (80 ml) green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, minced
1 clove Elephant Garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tbs (30 ml) fresh cilantro leaves, minced
1 Habafiero Chile, reconstituted, seeded and finely chopped fresh cilantro, chopped tomato or red onion for garnish
Directions
In blender coontainer or food processor bowl, place all ingredients.
Cover and process until smooth.
Garnish as desired.
