Crystal Grapes Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large bunch seedless green grapes | ||
| Egg white | 1 | |
| 1/4 cup finely granulated sugar | ||
Directions
Cut off small clusters of firm grapes from large bunch, leaving them attached to their stems.
Beat egg white slightly.
Dip grapes in it, then sprinkle generously with sugar.
Let dry on cake rack at room temperature.
Note: These easy-to-make novelties are great for garnishing cold-meat platters, salad plates, or cheese trays.
Do not make on a humid day.
