Directions

In bowl, combine crumbs, garlic, thyme and pepper; stir in 3 tbsp (50 mL) of the mustard until combined.
Trim excess fat from chops, slash edges.
Brush chops all over with remaining mustard.
Broil 4 inches (10 cm) from heat for 5 minutes or until browned.
Turn chops over; spread crumb mixture on top.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until desired doneness and topping is golden.
