Ingredients

 Mushrooms1/4 pound
 Bread slice1
 Italian1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Onion - dash
 Garlic powder - dash
 Cayenne - dash
 Skim milk2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Trim the ends of mushroom stems.
3. In a blender, process bread slice to make crumbs.
4. In a plate, mix crumbs with rest of the ingredients except for the milk.

MAKING
5. One by one, dip each mushroom cap in milk and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
6. On a non stick cookie sheet, place the mushrooms and bake for about 15 minutes until browned.

SERVING
7. Serve Crispy Baked Mushrooms with barbeque sauce.
