| 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach | ||

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place spinach in colander to thaw; press out all moisture.
Mix spinach with cheese, bread torn into small pieces, eggs, onion, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to 8-inch buttered pie plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, with or without sour cream garnish.
