Crustless Feta And Cheddar Quiche Recipe

| 1 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed | ||
| Whole wheat pastry flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained | ||
| Feta cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; set aside.In a medium bowl combine egg product, flour, pepper, and salt.
Stir in cottage cheese, broccoli, feta cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Spoon into the prepared pie plate.
Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center 'comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
