Directions
-Cut pumpkin in cubes. season it add sage ,rosemary and olive oil. Baste it in oven
-Prepare mash potato
-Mix the crush peppercorn together, crust the duck breast with it
-Pan sear dusk breast and put in oven
-Mash the pumpkin along with little stock in a pan
-Add mash potato mix well and season it
-Reheat the jus and set it
-Prepare two string consistency sugar syrup add blanched orange julienne zest to it
-Take a plate put a spoon of mash, slice the duck breast, and place it over mash. Take orange zest juliennes place it on top of the duck. Pour jus over and around it
