Crushed Praline Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup (175 g) sugar
3/4 cup (75 g) coarsely chopped almonds
Directions
Heat the sugar and almonds in a medium saucepan over low heat.
When the sugar has dissolved, boil it slowly until golden.
Pour the mixture onto an oiled baking sheet and leave it until set.
When cold, crush the praline with a rolling pin and use as required.
