Ingredients

 
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
 
1/4 cup finely diced pared cucumber
 
2 tablespoons minced onion
 
1 cup dairy sour cream
 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
 
1 tablespoon sugar
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
Few grains pepper
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
 
1/2 cup sesame seed
 
1/4 cup (1 02.) grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix the green pepper, cucumber, and onion together; drain if necessary.
Blend sour cream,mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic; add to vegetables and mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Meanwhile, heat butter in a skillet.
Add sesame seed and stir constantly until lightly browned.
Remove from heat; add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss until well blended.
Cool.
