 Pork loin chops4
 Teriyaki marinate4 Cup (64 tbs) (Low Sodium)
 Natural peanut butter1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Rice vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Water3 Tablespoon
 Toasted sesame oil2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon (Low Sodium)
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Red pepper flakes1 Pinch
 Romaine lettuce head1
 Cabbage4 Cup (64 tbs), thin sliced
 Shredded carrots2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Scallions4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
 Cilantro2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Chow mein noodles1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat)

Directions

Pork Chops:
Place all ingredients in bag and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

Peanut Dressing:
Mix: all ingredients in bowl and set aside.

Salad:
Mix; all dry ingredients for the salad in large bowl.

Grill marinated pork chops 3-5 minutes per side, (till internal temperature is 160*F)

Combine, salad and dressing and serve with grilled pork chops.

(Chicken could be substituted for the pork chops)
