Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
Pork Chops:
 
4 pork loin chops
 
4c (low sodium) teriyaki marinate
 
1 large plastic bag
 
Peanut Dressing:
 
1/2 c natural peanut butter
 
1/4c rice vinegar
 
3 tbsp. water
 
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
 
2 tsp (low sodium) soy sauce
 
1 tbsp. honey
 
pinch red pepper flake
 
Salad:
 
1 head romaine lettuce
 
4c cabbage (thin sliced)
 
2c shredded carrots
 
4c scallions chopped
 
2c cilantro
 
1c (low fat) chow mein noodles

Directions

Pork Chops:
Place all ingredients in bag and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

Peanut Dressing:
Mix: all ingredients in bowl and set aside.

Salad:
Mix; all dry ingredients for the salad in large bowl.

Grill marinated pork chops 3-5 minutes per side, (till internal temperature is 160*F)

Combine, salad and dressing and serve with grilled pork chops.

(Chicken could be substituted for the pork chops)
