Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops Recipe Video
Pork, peanut and and crunchy salad, a dish that makes a complete meal. Simple to cook and healthy too. If you wish you can change pork meat with chicken. The dish will be all the same delicious.
Ingredients
| Pork loin chops | 4 | |
| Teriyaki marinate | 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Low Sodium) | |
| Natural peanut butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Rice vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Toasted sesame oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon (Low Sodium) | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1 Pinch | |
| Romaine lettuce head | 1 | |
| Cabbage | 4 Cup (64 tbs), thin sliced | |
| Shredded carrots | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Scallions | 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped | |
| Cilantro | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Chow mein noodles | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Fat) |
Directions
Pork Chops:
Place all ingredients in bag and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
Peanut Dressing:
Mix: all ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Salad:
Mix; all dry ingredients for the salad in large bowl.
Grill marinated pork chops 3-5 minutes per side, (till internal temperature is 160*F)
Combine, salad and dressing and serve with grilled pork chops.
(Chicken could be substituted for the pork chops)
