Crunchy Apple Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
2 red apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice 15 mL
3 c. shredded cabbage 750 mL
1 Tbsp. liquid honey 15 mL
Pinch salt Pinch
Pinch black pepper Pinch
1/2 c. sour cream 125 mL
1 tsp. caraway seeds 5 mL
Directions
Core and dice the apples and toss with the lemon juice until well coated.
Add the shredded cabbage and stir together until thoroughly combined.
Stir together the remaining ingredients into a dressing and toss lightly with the apples and cabbage.
Chill for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
Note: This recipe is more successful if the cabbage is not shredded too finely, as in a food processor.
