 Crisp lettuce leaves4
For garnish
 Dessert apple1⁄4 , thinly sliced
 Walnut halves4
 Celery leaves/Lettuce leaves4

Directions

Peel the cucumber and chop roughly, using the double-bladed chopping knife, together with the parsley, walnuts and celery.
Peel the apples and chop roughly in the same way, adding a little lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Mix all the ingredients together with the mayonnaise.
