Crunchy Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Pistachios | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chicken stock-1/4 cup defatted | ||
| Red onions | 2 | |
| Fresh spinach-1 pound, thick stems removed | ||
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a no-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, toast the pistachios for about 2 minutes, or until gets fragrant or highly colored.
2. Remove the pan from the flame and set it aside.
3. Heat the stock in the pan and add onions.
4. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until onions become tender.
5. Add spinach and nutmeg into it.
FINALIZING
6. Cover and cook until the spinach gets limp, about 2 minutes.
7. Add the pistachios.
8. Toss lightly.
9. Sprinkle with the Parmesan.
SERVING
10. Serve hot and enjoy.
