Ingredients

 2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
 1/4 cup chunky-style peanut butter
 Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Added sugar2 Tablespoon, frozen
 Ice water2 Tablespoon
 3/4 ounce ready-to-eat oven-toasted rice cereal
 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon shredded coconut, lightly toasted

Directions

In small bowl combine milk powder with peanut butter, blending thoroughly; stir in raisins, apple juice, and water.
Add cereal and stir until combined.
Press mixture into 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inch nonstick loaf pan; sprinkle with coconut and, using back of spoon, press coconut into mixture.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
