Crunchy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder | ||
| 1/4 cup chunky-style peanut butter | ||
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Added sugar | 2 Tablespoon, frozen | |
| Ice water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3/4 ounce ready-to-eat oven-toasted rice cereal | ||
| 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon shredded coconut, lightly toasted | ||
Directions
In small bowl combine milk powder with peanut butter, blending thoroughly; stir in raisins, apple juice, and water.
Add cereal and stir until combined.
Press mixture into 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inch nonstick loaf pan; sprinkle with coconut and, using back of spoon, press coconut into mixture.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
