 Margarine2 Teaspoon, melted
 Eggs2
 Half and Half2 Tablespoon
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Cornflake crumbs - 3/4 ounce
 Granulated Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Firmly packed light brown sugar1 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Italian bread slice4
 Pancake syrup2 Tablespoon, reduced

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2.Take an 8X8X2 inch baking pan and using a pastry brush brush it with margarine.

MAKING
3.Take a medium mixing bowl and whisk together half and half, vanilla and eggs.
4.On a paper plate or wax paper mix together sugars, cornflake crumbs and cinnamon.
5.Take 1 slice of bread, dip it in the egg mixture, then dust both sides with the crumb mixture.
6. Repeat with all the bread slcies.
7.Arrange in the pan and bake for 10 minutes on oen side, turn over the bread and bake another 10 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve with the syrup
