Crunchy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken legs | 8 Pound, pounded | |
| 1/2 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups salted cocktail peanuts | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry
2. In a pan, over a low flame, melt the butter and peanut butter
3. In a blender, add the nuts and blend them coarsely
4. Dip the chicken in molten butter mix and dredge in the chopped nuts
5. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 375° F for an hour
SERVING
6. Serve as appropriate
