Crunchy Jam Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| Rolled oats | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar | ||
| Flaked coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, cut into pieces | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Strawberry jam | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons framboise, kirsch, or raspberry brandy | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a food processor, combine oatmeal, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, coconut, butter, and salt. Pulse until crumbly. Press two thirds of dough in bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Mix almonds into remaining dough.
2. In a small bowl, stir together jam and liqueur. Spread over dough, then top with remaining dough. Press gently.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack and let cool completely before cutting into 36 squares.
