Ingredients

 Rolled oats1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole wheat flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
 Flaked coconut1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Butter2 Tablespoon, cut into pieces
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Strawberry jam2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons framboise, kirsch, or raspberry brandy

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a food processor, combine oatmeal, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, coconut, butter, and salt. Pulse until crumbly. Press two thirds of dough in bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Mix almonds into remaining dough.
2. In a small bowl, stir together jam and liqueur. Spread over dough, then top with remaining dough. Press gently.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack and let cool completely before cutting into 36 squares.
