Crunchy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken wings | 3 Pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 18 buttery crackers | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon paprika Dash pepper | ||
Directions
Cut chicken wings apart at both joints; discard tips.
Pat dry with paper towels.
In 9-inch glass pie plate, melt butter on HI (max. power) 1 minute.
Break crackers into blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until crackers are crumbed and seasonings are mixed.
Dip chicken in butter, then in seasoned crumbs.
In pie plate, arrange chicken in spoke fashion with thicker part toward outside.
Cook covered with paper towels on HI (max. power) 14 to 15 minutes, or until done.
