Directions
MAKING
1.In a large bowl mix all the ingredients well.
2.Cut the croissant bread in half and place the curly leaves.
3.Take a spoon full of the sandwich filling and fill the bread with it.
SERVING
4.Sprinkle some powered sugar on the sandwich and serve.
Broccoli Cheese Soup
MAKING
1.In a large pan place the broccoli, carrots & chicken stock along with the chicken seasoning and simmer for 2-3 minute.
2.Cook the vegetable until tender and keep them aside.
3.In another pan melt butter and add flour and cook for 30 second.
4.Add half & half and cook it for around 8 minute.
5.Add cheese and melt all the cheese and cook for about 6 minute.
6.Add the vegetables in the cream base and simmer for about 5-6 minute.
SERVING
4.Sprinkle some cracked pepper, salt and some grated cheddar cheese.
5.Serve hot in a soup bowl along with the crusty sandwiches.
TIPS
Ensure that the vegetables are not overcooked.
