 Butter6 Ounce
 White breadcrumbs8 Ounce
 4 oz. Demerara sugar
 2 oz. nibbed almonds
 1 pt. frozen blackberry and apple puree, thawed
 Whipped cream, for decoration
 Few extra nibbed almonds, toasted, for decoration

Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large frying pan and ,melt butter in it
2. To it, add the breadcrumbs and let them attain a brown colour
3. Remove rfrom the flame, add in the sugar and almonds, mixing well
4. In a glass serving dish, make alternate layers of crumbs and puree and finish with crumbs

SERVING
5. Top with whipped cream and toasted almonds before serving
