Crunch Bread Recipe
Ingredients

| Milk | 7/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended (To get an easy, accurate milk measure, pour the 2 T of oil into a 1 cup measure and add enough milk to make 1 cup).
Line the bottom of a 5 x 9-inch greased bread pan with wax paper.
Add the batter and bake 40 minutes at 350° F.
Remove bread from pan and cool on a rack.
