Crunch Top Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 16-ounce cans sliced potatoes, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Pour butter into 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Add potatoes in single layer; turn once in butter.
Combine cheese, crushed cornflakes, and paprika; sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 375° about 20 minutes.
