Crumbled Blue Topped Lamb Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (1/4-inch-thick) lamb shoulder steaks (about 2 lbs.), trim off fat | ||
| 1/2 cup crumbled | ||
| Blue cheese | ||
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| 1/4. teaspoon salt | ||
Directions
1. Place steaks in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Turn meat over. Continue cooking on ROAST 6 to 8 minutes or until steak is no longer pink. Drain and top each steak with a mixture of cheese, onion and salt. Continue cooking on ROAST for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
