1. Coat the veal slices in flour, then beaten eggs and then breadcrumbs.
2. Heat and pan and cook the veal until golden brown.
3. When it is slightly brown, add tomatoes.
4. Add ham slices and grated cheese.
5. Put the pan under the broiler for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
6. Sprinkle some parsley over it and serve with a light, green salad on the side.
