Crumbed Chops Recipe

 4 New Zealand lamb chops
 Salt, pepper
 Rosemary
 1 egg bread crumbs
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Corn oil2 Tablespoon
 1/2 lb. small button mushrooms
 Tomatoes2

Directions

Heat the butter and oil in a pan large enough to take the chops and mushrooms.
When it is foamy, put in the chops and cook over fairly high heat for two minutes on each side.
Reduce the heat, put the mushrooms into the pan and continue to cook a further 6
