Crumb Pie Shell Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/4 cups finely crushed cookie crumbs | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Place butter in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
Microwave at HIGH 30 to 45 seconds.
Add crumbs, sugar, and pecans, if desired, and blend well.
Press to shape evenly in the pie plate.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
Let stand to cool before filling.
