Crumb-Coated Baked Fish Recipe
I grew up eating this Crumb-coated Baked Fish frequently and am happy to share this recipe with you. Fish is the most important ingredient in Crumb-coated Baked Fish. Ingredients
2 (4-oz.) fish fillets, about 1/4 inch thick
1/2 (2-oz.) pkg. seasoned coating mix for fish
Directions
1. Pour water into a pie plate. Dip fish fillets in water to moisten both sides; shake off excess liquid. Shake fish in coating mix.
2. Place fish, skin-side down, on a microwave rack in a 12" x 7" baking dish. Arrange fish with thicker portion toward outside of dish. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% (HIGH] 3-1/2 to 4 minutes or until center of fish is beginning to flake when tested with a fork; give dish a half turn after 2 minutes. Coating on fish will not be crisp.
