Crullers Recipe

Crullers was my family cook's signature dish, now that he's gone I have taken up the task of preparing it for the family. A delicious Snack, the Crullers completes your meal. Once tasted, I am sure you would love to prepare this Crullers recipe for your dear ones!

Ingredients

 
1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
 
1/3 cup Margarine
 
1 cup flour
 
Dash of salt
 
Sugar

Directions

Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing until well blended.
Add flour and salt; mix well.
Shape dough into ball; chill 1 hour.
On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 12x6-inch rectangle.
Cut dough into twenty-four 1/2-inch strips.
Fry in deep hot oil, 375°, 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once using tongs.
Drain on paper towels.
Roll in sugar.
