Crullers Recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream, sweet or sour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
Directions
Beat the egg, add cream and milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and combine with liquid, using just enough flour so that dough can be rolled but is still soft.
Mix well and let stand for 2 hours.
Roll out about 1/4 inch thick and cut into strips 6 x 1 inches.
Fry in deep fat at 365 degrees until brown on both sides.
Drain on absorbent paper and dust with fruit sugar.
