Basic Crudites Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots - 4, peeled and sliced into 3-inch strips | ||
| Celery - 4 stalks, peeled and cut into 3-inch strips | ||
| Cauliflower - 1/4, cut off ends, break apart into flowerets | ||
| Zucchini - 2 small, cut into 3-inch strips | ||
| Dip | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tabasco | 4 Drop | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Prepare vegetables.
2) Put the vegetables in cold water.
3) Put in refrigerator until serving time.
SERVING
4) Blend all ingredients for dip and serve.
