Crown Of Lamb Roast Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 crown of lamb roast | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Instant onion | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple | 3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 3/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 c. pignolia nuts | ||
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion, celery, bread crumbs and apple in butter in skillet; add nuts, 112 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ginger and marjoram.
Mix lightly.
Fill roast with apple mixture.
Wrap bacon around rib ends to prevent charring.
Bake for 35 minutes per pound.
Remove from oven; replace bacon with paper frills.
Allow 2 ribs per serving.
