Ingredients

 1 crown of lamb roast
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 Instant onion2 Teaspoon, minced
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dry bread crumbs3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter3/8 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 c. pignolia nuts
 Ginger1/2 Teaspoon
 Marjoram1 Teaspoon
 Bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rub roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion, celery, bread crumbs and apple in butter in skillet; add nuts, 112 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ginger and marjoram.
Mix lightly.
Fill roast with apple mixture.
Wrap bacon around rib ends to prevent charring.
Bake for 35 minutes per pound.
Remove from oven; replace bacon with paper frills.
Allow 2 ribs per serving.
