Crowd Pleaser Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli flowerets package | 1 , frozen | |
| Cauliflower package | 1 , frozen | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 6 Ounce | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ham | 3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 cups fresh bread crumbs tossed with 4 tablespoons butter | ||
Directions
Cook broccoli and cauliflower in slightly salted water.
Cook slightly underdone.
Drain; set aside.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a 1 -quart sauce-pan; add flour; blend well.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add Cheddar, Parmesan, and salt.
Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Place vegetables in an ungreased 4-quartcasserole.
Sprinkle with chopped ham.
Pour cheese sauce mixture over ham.
Make a border of buttered bread crumbs around edge of casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve
