Croutons With Mushrooms And Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 250 Gram | |
| Raw ham or salami 60 gms | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Parsley a few sprigs | ||
| Italian bread slice | 6 | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 20 Gram | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Chop the garlic and parsely finely.
Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute the garlic and the parsley in it.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Mix in the flour 5 minutes before the cooking ends.
Toast the slices of bread and arrange them on a serving dish.
Arrange the mushrooms on them when they are still hot.
