Directions

MAKING
1) Start by making the monsieur sauce. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan.
2) Add little flour and cook for few minutes.
3) Add some milk and continue stirring.
4) Add some grated Parmesan cheese and stir them.
5) Season with salt and dashi. Set this saucepan on low heat.
6) Take 2 slices of white bread or rye bread and toast them.
7) Apply Dijon mustard on the bread slices.
8) Add some shredded gruyere cheese on the bread.
9) Put a layer of ham and again some gruyere cheese. Top with other slice of bread.
10) Place the bread on the baking tray and spoon some of the prepared sauce over the top.
11) Put some more cheese and put under the broiler and cook till the bread comes golden brown.

SERVING
12) Cut the bread into slices and serve hot.
