Crookneck with Herbs Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow squash | 4 Small | |
| 2 tablespoons rich concentrated chicken stock | ||
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| 1/4 teaspoon each onion powder and garlic salt | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Trim ends from squash and cut in half lengthwise.
Place squash in a saucepan with stock, basil, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper.
Cover and simmer 7 to 8 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp tender.
