I love this recipe because you make it in the crock pot! It's such a pain when you have a big dinner in the oven and you either have no room in the oven to bake a dessert, or the dinner is cooking at a different temperature than you need for the dessert...or you didn't even plan for a dessert and have nothing but some vanilla ice cream in the freezer.
