Directions
1)Peel the carrots and set aside.
2)Place beef roast in crock pot along with the carrot.
3)In a bowl add the dried brown gravy mix, Italian salad dressing mix and ranch dressing mix and combine together.
4)Sprinkle over the roast and pour the water around the roast.
MAKING:
5)Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
