Crispy Tuna-Noodle Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/3 cup chopped onion
 
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
 
2 tablespoons butter
 
1/3 cup mayonnaise
 
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
 
1/4 cup milk
 
1 7 ounce can tuna
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
1 can Chinese noodles
 
12 warm crepes

Directions

Cook onion and green pepper in hot butter until tender.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and milk; stir until smooth.
Add tuna, salt, pepper, onion and green pepper to mayonnaise mixture.
Just before serving, fold in the Chinese noodles; fill warm crepes, and roll.
Serve immediately.
