Crispy quick potato fry Recipe
This potato fry can be very quickly made. Spicy potatoes stir fried tastily. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
1. Potatoes - 4,
2. Fennel seeds - 3 tsp(crushed and powdered),
3. Curry leaves - 2 stigs,
4. Turmeric powder - 2 tsp,
5. Red chilly powder - 4 tsp,
6. Garam masala powder - 2 tsp,
7. Salt - as per taste,
8. Oil - for frying.
Directions
1. Hold the potato vertically, give a cut in middle in to two pieces. Take one piece and put in to half. Then, slice it into slightly thin sizes.
2. Heat oil in kadai, add the fennel seeds,curry leaves and saute.
3. Add the sliced potatoes, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and saute adding oil.
4. Cover and cook without adding water for 10 min, occasionaly stiring it.
5. When potatoes are cooked, Uncover and saute till potatoes turn golden brown and crispy.
Serve with any dal rice, tastes great with curd rice.

Hey Sanghi or Shivam could one of you tell me the trick behind keeping the potatoes crispy...mine turned out a lil soggy..help..

Tried it and turned out pretty well, except for one thing. It was too hot, probably little less red chilli is need
