Crispy Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (61/4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
4 cups crispy rice cereal
Directions
Place butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute or until melted.
Add marshmallows.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in cereal until well coated.
Butter hands.
Press mixture into bottom and sides of a greased 10 inch glass pie plate.
Refrigerate until set.
