Crispy Fried Trout Recipe

Ingredients
Trout - 6 small
Milk - 1 cup
Celery salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
White corn meal - 1/2 cup
Bacon - 12 slices
Butter or margarine - 1/4 cup
Lemon - 1
Directions
MAKING
1) Clean and split the trout.
2) Take out the heads and tails.
3) Dip in milk.
4) In a bowl, add all the seasonings and sprinkle over the fish.
5) Dip the fish in corn meal.
6) In a pan, add bacon and fry till crisp.
7) When done, keep aside in a warm place.
8) Add butter to bacon fat and heat.
9) Add the fish and gently fry in till crisp and brown.
SERVING
10) Garnish with bacon and lemon and serve.
