Crispy Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage | 1 Medium, shredded | |
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| 1/2 cup sweet pickle cubes | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon dillseeds | ||
| 1 teaspoon celery seeds or celery salt | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Set cabbage mixture aside.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasonings; stir well.
Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
