Crispy Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups cooked green beans
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream-of-mushroom soup
1/2 soup-can milk
1 cup chow-mein noodles
Directions
Mix green beans with water chestnuts and sliced mushrooms and spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Combine soup with milk and pour over bean mixture.
Sprinkle noodles over top.
Bake in a 375° F.oven 15 to 20 minutes.
