Crispy Salmon Pizza Recipe
Ingredients

| Boursin cheese | 5.2 Ounce | |
| Smoked salmon | 6 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| Capers | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh dill sprigs | ||
Directions
Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
Lightly brush wedges with olive oil, both sides.
Broil for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
Let cool, then spread with equal amounts of cheese.
Top with smoked salmon.
Garnish with capers and tiny dill sprigs.
